Due to the specialized and safety-critical nature of our offerings, we follow a strict no refund and no return policy.
No Returns
We do not accept returns on any of the following:
- Fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms, pumps, panels, etc.)
- Customized or pre-installed fire safety systems
- Electrical and electronic safety components
- Products purchased through bulk or special orders
- Opened, used, or installed items
No Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placement by the customer
- Delays due to third-party logistics
Service Bookings
All installation and maintenance services are non-refundable, even if canceled or rescheduled. We recommend customers confirm all site readiness and service needs before booking.
Exceptions (if any)
In rare cases of product damage during delivery or wrong product dispatch, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof. Resolution may be offered at our sole discretion.
